Caitlynn Fortson, LSW, INHC, RYT
Caitlynn Fortson graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work. As a Licensed Social Worker, she has demonstrated experience working in case management, child welfare, geriatric memory care, and mental health psychotherapy. She has gathered additional “tools for her toolbox” along the way and has a wide variety of experience ranging from accounts payable, front desk and administration, inside sales and support, marketing and networking, and small business management.
Over the past few years, Caitlynn has been blessed with opportunities to learn, grow, and evolve her understanding of health and wellness; individually and professionally. She is endlessly passionate about mindful living through shifting mindset, intentionally moving, building connection to self and others, and nourishing mind and body from the inside out. Caitlynn understands the value of connection and movement by leaning into the healing wisdom of yoga, meditation, and alternative wellness and healing modalities. She has co-led wellness workshops and small-group gatherings.
She is grateful for all the experiences, opportunities, and tools gifted along the way, to add to her life toolbox. She loves learning and connecting with others and exploring the art of breath linked with movement. Caitlynn advocates for whole-body wellness by bringing awareness to what’s going on inside and outside the body. She believes in the importance of leaning into each of our own individual gifts to create a foundation for growth; what a gift it is that we are all bio-individual, yet all interconnected. Through intentional practices, her hope is to empower, guide, and walk the journey with others by forming community and empowering healthier and happier living.
Spiritual Affirmation: “Trust and listen within.”
Caitlynn considers herself spiritual, without any religious affiliation. She will perform mindfulness and meditation sessions with clients upon request.
