Transformational Breathwork
Transformational Breathwork is one of the most powerful Breathwork modalities you can use to clear negative energies, release trauma, connect to your Higher Self/Higher Guidance, and improve your overall mental health. When people gather together to do healing work the energy and positive outcomes are amplified.
Transformational Breathwork involves laying down on a yoga mat with a sheet over you, an eye pillow covering your eyes, and then Sarah will guide you through a circular breathing technique that you will do for 30-45 minutes. Meditative music is played during the Breathwork to assist in the process. After the Breathwork you will lay on your left side for 15-20 minutes before you get up and acclimate. There will be a short debriefing afterwards in which you can share any experiences you had during your Breathwork session. It is very common for people to have emotional responses during Breathwork, and any experience your neighbor Breathmate may have, is expected to be kept confidential to preserve the sacred container of the healing work.
